Roll back issue on Symantec Antivirus

Problem:

When I try to install the Symantec Antivirus in the system it automatically roll back the installation in middle of installation. Even I have removed all the Symantec directory and temp files etc.. after looooooong search finally I found the solution in Symantec site.

Solution:

HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders\AppData
value=%APPDATA%

and change it to

HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders\AppData
value=%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming

restart your system and then install the Symantec. Pls note that I was using Symantec Corporate edition.

Pls take a registry backup before change the settings in registry key for safety.
